ABRAHAM LINCOLN
Abraham Lincoln was born of a poor family in Ketucky of America. When he was a boy, he worked on the farm with his father. He had no time to go to school. He had no money to buy books, but yet he read many books borrowed from others. Many people who had kept books were glad to lend their books to him. And so he could read a lot of books himself, and learned very much.
By hard work and hard study he became a great man, and did a greay deal for his country. Later on he was elected President of the United States of A merica. When he was President, he set the slaves free and made the poor and the weak happy.
He loved all the people, and he was loved by all the people.
